These terms apply to the FamyWay app and to this site. By using the app, you agree to them and to theprivacy policy.

Who provides FamyWay

FamyWay is provided by Mauricio Gabiolli, in Brazil. You can reach us atprivacidade@famyway.com.

Who can use it

FamyWay is for people 18 and older.

The service

• FamyWay is free.
• The app may change, gain or lose features, and have interruptions for maintenance or because of problems outside FamyWay's control, such as internet or phone signal outages.
• If there is ever a charge, we'll let you know beforehand, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Safety

• Don't use your phone while driving.
• FamyWay doesn't replace emergency services. If you're in danger, call the emergency number where you are: in Brazil, 190 for the police and 192 for medical help.

Acceptable use

Use FamyWay within the law and with respect for other people. Don't use the app to see where someone is without their knowledge and agreement.

Liability

FamyWay is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for harm caused by connection or phone failures, or by information that depends on third parties.

Changes to these terms

Before a change to these terms takes effect, it appears on this page, with the new date at the top. If the change is important, we'll let you know in the app.

Governing law

The laws of Brazil apply. If you're a consumer, you can bring any claim before the courts where you live.
