Plan your group trip and agree on every stop as you go

Before you leave, the group settles the dates, the cars and when to head out. During the trip, you say where you're heading, and anyone who wants to come along sees the way there on the map.

Before you leave

Destination, dates, who's going and in which car, where you meet and where you're staying: whatever's still open goes on a list, so nothing slips. A poll with a deadline settles when to leave, with a reminder for anyone who hasn't voted yet. While you plan, nobody shows up on the map: location sharing only starts once the trip does.

I'm going too

Say where you're heading, on foot, by car or by bike, and choose who gets told. Anyone who wants to come along taps I'm going too and sees the way there on the map, each with their own route and estimated arrival time. Once you arrive or cancel, your destination is no longer shared.

Proposals and polls

Suggest a place to the group with a time, or open a poll with a deadline to pick where to have dinner. The trip itinerary shows what's confirmed, what's up for a vote, where the group is heading right now and what you've already visited.

Places that work for everyone

When it's time to pick a restaurant or a beach, FamyWay shows places that work for the whole group, based on how long each person takes to get there. The group also builds lists of places together, like where to eat.

Weather at your destination

The forecast for your destination sits next to the itinerary, with a heads-up about rain so you can adjust the day.

Frequently asked questions

How does the group pick a departure time?

With a poll that has a deadline. Anyone who hasn't voted gets a reminder, and the time the group picks goes into the trip plan.

Who sees where I'm heading?

Whoever you choose: everyone on the trip or just a few people. Once you arrive or cancel, your destination is no longer shared.

Do people who tap I'm going too have to travel with me?

No. Each person follows their own route, on foot, by car or by bike, and the group sees each person's estimated arrival time.
